BDA site scam, six arrested

Bengaluru .Jan. 27 Six people, including two BDA employees, and four others have been arrested in connection with the sale of BDA plots by fabricating documents. Around 18 plots were sold to gullible victims.

The Seshadripuram police found that plots were sold by faking documents. The arrested are identified as Lokesh Gowda, a case worker, Sunil, a data entry operator, Pawan, Vikram Jain, Manju Nayak and Ramachandra for trying to obtain a BDA plot through fake documents. The police are in the process of arresting other officials involved in the racket.

Of these 18 sites, 11 are in HBR Layout and seven in Vishweshwaraiah Layout.
