Ramdas: Will resolve pipeline issue with Simha
Mysuru: After the tug of war between BJP MLAs L Nagendra, S A Ramdas and MP Pratap Simha here on the gas pipeline project, followed by directions of BJP top leaders to stop discussing the issue through media statements, softening his stand, MLA Ramdas said, “Pratap Simha is like my younger brother. We will sit and resolve differences related to the project (to supply PNG to households through pipelines)”.
“I am not against the project. I had only said that we will sit and discuss. I don’t prefer conflicts. I will not say anything on this before the media,” he said on Friday. When asked about cabinet expansion, Ramdas said, “I am not aware if they would make me a minister or not.” On giving opportunities to local representatives, he said, “Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai is intelligent and able. I’m sure he will make the right decision at the right time.”
