
City cops solve double murder case

In a swift operation, Bidadi police have solved the double murder of an Air Force officer and his wife by arresting a 21-year-old man from Bihar. The accused was working as their maid and was also looking after the dogs owned by the couple. On Tuesday at around 2 am, the accused along with his associate killed the couple for gain. Within six hours, the police managed to arrest the main accused, while search for the other associate was on.
The accused has been identified as Joginder Kumar Yadav, a native of Bihar. Yadav along with his associate Ravi Kumar had murdered 65-year-old Raghuram Rajan and his 60-year-old wife Asha Rajan and had escaped with valuables from their home. Another security guard at the resort Kamal had filed a complaint with the Bidadi police. The police are on the lookout for the other accused who is absconding.
