Naveen’s mortal remains to arrive early today

Bengaluru: The mortal remains of Naveen Shekarappa Gyangoudar, who died in shelling in Ukraine, are expected at the international airport here at 2:30 am on Monday.

The body will be taken his native village in Ranebennur taluk of Haveri district for the rituals by his parents. As per his family’s wish, the body will be handed over to the Davangere government hospital for research. His father Shekarappa Gyangoudar has already made an announcement to this effect.

A minister will be present at KIAL to receive the body.
