DK Shivkumar dares CID to serve notice on him

Bengaluru: Hours after the BJP uploaded a picture of KPCC President D.K.Shivakumar with the PSI recruitment scam key-accused in social media, the Congress leader challenged CID sleuths to serve a notice on him in connection with the photo and question him. On Tuesday, the BJP tweeted a picture of Shivakumar with Divya Haavaragi, the PSI recruitment scam accused to counter the claims of the Congress that she was close to BJP leaders.

Shivakumar told the media on Tuesday, “ Many people come to meet me daily. I did not know which picture is this. Now my friends have shared information about it. I am very happy. First let the police officers issue notice to me and call for an inquiry. I had worked as a minister and that lady had come to meet me in a delegation to share problems. Later, they left”.

The BJP leaders remember him ‘now and then’ and want to gain publicity by posting such a picture in social media, the Congress leader quipped.
