Mohammedan Sporting edge past Bangalore Mars

Bengaluru: Sabeel Ahmed’s goal in the 7th-minute goal kickstarted the proceedings for Mohammedan Sporting as they defeated Bangalore Mars FC 2-1 in the BDFA B Division football league clash here on Friday.

Rakesh scored an equalizer in the 24th minute but the decisive goal from Avinash V in the 51st minute sends his side to the knockout stage.
