AAP demands action against culprits

Bengaluru: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday protested in front of the BBMP Office in HSR Layout, demanding action against contractors and people involved in the construction of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium.

Mohan Dasari, President, AAP Bengaluru said, “This was an example of the 40% commission corruption of the BJP government and local MLA Sathish Reddy,” he said while addressing the gathering.

The AAP leader alleged that BJP workers attacked his party workers who visited the place. “BJP is not only corrupt, it is a party of hooligans. We will remove them from power,” he said.

BBMP Joint Commissioner, Krishnamurthy met the protesters and assured them of action in the incident. “The issue will be addressed soon,” he said.
