7 Karnataka players selected for women’s challenger teams

Bengaluru: As many as seven women cricketers from Karnataka have been selected for the four teams that will figure in the BCCI - Senior Women’s Challenger Trophy (One Day) Namma Vrinda Dinesh (India A), Shubha Satheesh and Chandu V (India B), Prathyuhsa C (India C), wicket-keeper Prathyoosha Kumar, Divya Gnanananda, Monica C Patel (India D), have reaped rich rewards for their excellent performances in the recently concluded BCCI - Senior Women’s One Day Trophy 2021 in which they performed well to steer Karnataka into the finals where they lost to Railways.
