Prez candidate Murmu to visit Bengaluru on Sunday

Draupadi Murmu, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) nominee for the presidential election, will visit Bengaluru on Sunday to seek support from BJP legislators and parliament members.

“She will be meeting with people’s representatives and attending a slew of programs,” BJP state vice president and Pondicherry in-charge Nirmal Kumar Surana said. Murmu is also likely to meet Janata Dal (Secular) leaders. H.D. Kumaraswamy had indicated that his party would support the NDA candidate.
