Are you up for didgeridoo dance performance?

Bengaluru: The Two Eyed Wizard (TEW) is a high-energy didgeridoo dance music act, something that is very new and one of its kind in India. It aims to take the listener on a deep journey using complex didgeridoo rhythms, heavy electronic bass lines, and a wide array of live and recorded instruments and vocals layered intelligently on top of each other.
“There are very few musicians across the globe who make music as we do, and we feel this is the unique characteristic of the Two Eyed Wizard,” says Arvind Raj, a sound engineer and music composer.
“Our secret weapon is the advanced rhythms and sounds of the didgeridoo, which in itself is an experience to hear and feel life,” says Brandan Colaco, didgeridoo crafter and player, who adds that the decision to launch in Bengaluru is because it is their home turf and they would love to represent the local music scene and contribute to it, thus helping it grow to more diverse audiences and followers in the days to come.
The didgeridoo, one of the oldest known instruments to mankind, has the ability to tell stories without the use of words. This mystical power of the didgeridoo brings about a profound impact on the listener, inducing a lucid dream-like state and giing rise to infinite possibilities. This made Brandon and Arvind work together to combine these ancient rhythms with various other instruments and music production techniques, resulting in a vibrant and completely fresh sound.
For the performance at Fandom at Gilly’s, the Two Eyed Wizard Collective will consist of Brandon Colaco and Arvind Raj on stage. They will be joined by a brilliant hand-pan player, Harmony in Mind, and vocalists Venkatesh Bhat and Shruthi Karishma. There will also be contemporary dancers Soni Tarasia and Preetesh Tumulu performing at the event.
They shall soon be releasing their album Tuwakituwa, which they are performing to promote
