Woman kills mother-in-law over property dispute

Bengaluru:

A woman was arrested by the Srirampura Police for allegedly killing her motherin-law over a property dispute. The deceased was identified as Rani, 76, a resident of Srirampura. According to sources, Rani had already divided the ancestral property among her three sons and was staying at a separate house.

The accused, identified as Suguna (in pic), the wife of Rani’s second son, allegedly demanded ownership of the house where Rani was staying in. However, when her demand was rejected, Suguna allegedly assaulted Rani on the neck, which caused her death. A case has been registered against the woman.
