Bollywood Crypt brings them out from the “crypts” of time horror classics from a bygone era back to the big screen. On the occasion of Halloween, they plan to host an event on Oct 29 to honour the Ramsay Brothers and other Asian horror movies.

They are planning a World Premiere Screening of one of the iconic horror movies of Indian cinema- Veerana for the 1st time ever in its fully restored 2K glory from the original negatives along with another Asian movie on this occasion.

This restored edition of Veerana will be screened even before its official launch on Oct 31st in the upcoming Bollywood Horror Bluray Boxset featuring 4 fully restored films of classic Ramsay movies (Veerana, Purana Mandir, Purani Haveli and Tahakhana) along with another fully restored bonus movie - Aatma made by film maker Deepak Ramsay (Zee Horror Show/ Aatma).

The boxset is being released by our international partner US Blu-ray/ HD Movie label Mondo Macabro! Bollywood film historian and author of A touch of Evil, Dhruv Somani who will be taking us on a journey of Indian horror and supernatural movies right from the 1940s-2000s.

Adding to the excitement there will be a live performance by Noise/Electronic Artist Hemanth Sreekumar at this event. Lastly, the guest of honour legendary horror filmmaker and director- Mr Deepak Ramsay will address the audience. He is the son of Tulsi Ramsay and is a Director and Assistant Director whose works include the cult series -Zee Horror Show/Anhonee, Veerana, Aatma, and Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai.
