30-year-old becomes victim of knife attack

Bengaluru: The city has been witnessing a rise in cases of stabbing over petty issues. Another such case has been reported at the Viveknagar Police Station. Yogesh, 30, was rushed to St John’s Hospital on Tuesday after he was stabbed by another youth who is said to have nursed a personal grudge against him.

An altercation took place between the two in Ejipura after which the accused allegedly stabbed the victim with a knife.

Reason for the fight and identity of the accused has not yet been ascertained. The police have taken up a case and have launched a search for the accused
