ED raids Salarpuria MD

Bengaluru: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the residence and office of Salarpuria Sattva Group Managing Director Bijay Kumar Agarwal in the city on Monday.

According to sources from the police, ED officials commenced the raid at Kumar’s residence in Indiranagar Defence Colony and office at Yellappa Chetty Layout in Halasuru early in the morning, which continued late into the night.

Sources said that more than 30 officials have been inspecting the documents and business transaction details. Further, they have also obtained details of the sleeping partners, including the ones from foreign countries, who have invested in the business.

The sources also said that similar raids have been carried out by the ED at Kumar’s Hyderabad office and residence
