
Flash mob at railway station raises cancer awareness

College students raised awareness about cancer prevention through placards and a flash mob at the Krantiveer Sangoli Rayanna (KSR) railway station at Majestic in Bengaluru on Tuesday. Biotechnology students of Reva College of Applied Science, along with NCC students of the college, participated in the programme.
The students also conducted a rally in the railway station with placards and banners, to sensitize passengers about the prevention of cancer. Karthik, founder of Oxygen Trust was present on the occasion. Kusuma Hariprasad Additional Divisional Railway Manager (admin) and Shobha Jagannath Chief Medical Superintendent from the Bengaluru division of South Western Railway (SWR) were also present. Professors Renuka Madhu, Manjula , Ranjana and others led the college students in the demonstration.
