Bengaluru: In a humane gesture, an animal activist rescued a puppy from a rajakaluve in Bommanahalli. The activist Sundeep Aneja discovered that the rajakaluve was too deep for him to climb down and he sought help from the fire and police department who arrived at the spot with a ladder. He said, “I heard the whining of a puppy and it was dark. I finally found the puppy inside the rajakaluve which is almost 10 to 15 feet deep. I was unable to get down and called the police and the fire personnel for help,” Aneja told News Trail.
