Critically Acclaimed Children's Film 'Devara Kanasu' to Hit Theatres on July 21

Bengaluru: In a highly anticipated announcement, the captivating children's film "Devara Kanasu" (Deva's Dream) is set to release in cinemas nationwide on July 21.

Having already made waves at more than thirty film festivals worldwide, including the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, this heartwarming production is generating significant buzz among movie enthusiasts and critics alike.

The film's trailer was recently unveiled by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, who wished the entire crew success during the launch event.

Alongside the trailer, three melodious songs from the movie were performed, with PRK Audio taking charge of their release.

Director Suresh Lakkur, an alumnus of the renowned New York Film Academy, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to bring "Deva's Dream" to life. Reflecting on his debut as a director, Lakkur highlighted the film's remarkable journey through various film festivals, including its prestigious screening at Cannes.

The central character of the film, portrayed by talented young actor Master Deepak, is named Deva. The storyline revolves around Deva's aspirations and whether his dreams will become a reality.

Accompanying Deepak in the cast are Baby Amulya, Arishi Vedika, and Mak Mani. During the event, producers Jay Kumar, Shekhar, and Sunil Ram, along with the story writer, Lingaraj Itisha, the lyricist and dialogue writer and music director Sandy shared their experiences in bringing the film to fruition.
