Father hacks daughter to death over love affair

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: In yet another incident of alleged 'honour killing' in Bengaluru, a 17-year-old girl was brutally hacked to death by her father on Saturday.

The deceased, Pallavi, a native of HD Kote in Mysuru,was pursuing her studies in Mysuru and fell in love with a boy.

Her father, Ganesh then sent to stay with her uncle, Shantha Kumar, in Bengaluru. She later went missing and the police traced her but a tiff ensured with Ganesh and he hacked her to death.
