It was alleged that he had cheated several women from various districts in the state by taking money from them, promising them First Division Assistant (FDA) and Second Division Assistant (SDA) government jobs.

An FIR was registered recently at the Vidhana Soudha Police station based on a complaint filed by one of the victims of the fraud. The victim had alleged that Mohan Kumar took Rs 2,50,000 in multiple installments from her.

He had allegedly demanded Rs 10 lakh from the woman to get her a government job. The accused had claimed that he worked as a security officer at Vidhana Soudha.

The victim stated that Kumar took her to Vidhana Soudha on April 15, after checking the woman’s degree certificate. He promised to get her a job and allegedly told her that she could pay the remaining Rs 7.5 lakh after she receives an appointment letter in August.
