Vigilance Officer turned actor: Manjunath as 'Heat' in 'Field'

Bengaluru: Those bitten by the acting bug cannot escape its charm whatever profession they enter," reflects Manjunath, also known as "Brilliant Manju," who juggles a day job in the vigilance establishment of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) while nurturing dreams of showcasing his acting prowess on the silver screen.
Manjunath has successfully secured the role of the antagonist in the upcoming film titled "Field," directed by Keshav Vega.
Recently, renowned director and dialogue writer Chandramouli, known for his work in the blockbuster KGF and its sequel KGF2, unveiled the look of Manjunath's character in the movie.
In "Field," Manjunath portrays the character of 'Heat,' an eccentric and shorttempered villain.
Chandramouli was all praise for Manjunath's transformation, remarking, "In real life, he is so good-mannered and soft-spoken. The menacing look in the villain’s role shows how good an actor he is. I hope he manages to get more such roles in the industry."
The film "Field" is jointly produced by a group of friends who have named their banner "Friends Film Factory."
Alongside Manjunath, the movie features a talented cast, including Avin, Sangeetha, Pavan, Swetha, Swamy, Shivu, Yakshith, Bharat, Arun Lee, Bhimashankar, and Rakesh in prominent roles.
