Puneeth’s last movie ‘James’ to hit screens today

The swansong movie of late superstar Puneeth Rajkumar, ‘James’, is all set to hit the screens on Thursday. Diehard fans of Puneeth, son of Kannada matinee idol late Dr Rajkumar, have been looking forward to his last movie, which coincides with his birthday.
The fans have decided to celebrate the release of ‘James’ and Puneeth’s birthday by distributing free food to people from March 17 to 20.
They also plan to shower flowers on the Samadhi (burial site) of Puneeth from a helicopter. The fans have organised blood donation camps and eye donation camps throughout the state. Thirty huge cutouts of the star will be put up at Veeresh theatre in Bengaluru.
