Thanal launches full-fledged ICU ambulance

Bengaluru: The Deputy Commissioner of Police for Whitefield Division S Girish (IPS) flagged off a full-fledged ICU ambulance on Sunday. The ambulance, contributed and maintained by the Thanal Bangalore Chapter, was flagged off at the Thanal ‘Feed the needy’ kitchen premises at Whitefield.
The ambulance will connect the dialysis centres in Bengaluru supported by Thanal with its upcoming rehabilitation centre at Chikkaballapur whenever there is a need. Members of the public can access this service by calling 958-958-4334.
Thanal Bangalore Chapter is a charity NGO under Daya Rehabilitation Trust. The Chairman of HBS Hospital Dr Taha Mateen, Chairman of Daya Rehabilitation Trust Dr Idrees, Thanal Bangalore Chapter President Mustafa Mohamed and General Secretary K H Farook were present during flagging off, along with Santosh from Fresh to Home and Major Bhavana from Swakshatra (an NGO engaged in protection and rehabilitation of children)
