‘Incredible Chef Challenge’ today

World of Hospitality along with Southern Chef’s Association is hosting a culinary art competition - Incredible Chef Challenge 2022.  It will feature culinary talents from all over South India displaying their mastery in three tier wedding cakes, plated appetizers, fruit and vegetable carvings and artistic pastry and bakery showpieces.

The two completion categories are Individual Display and Live Cooking that is open to chefs from any restaurant or hotel with a special competition for students from Hotel Management institutes. It will feature over 150 competing chefs, 10 top jury chefs and a masterclass by a celebrity chef.
The chefs will be pushing the boundaries of fine dining and reinventing traditional food with the latest techniques and ingredients. Young chefs will have the opportunity to get recognized while also showing off their skills.
