BWSSB phone-in for consumers

Bengaluru: In order to address citizen's queries on water and sewage issues, chairman of the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB), will hold a phone-in programme on Saturday between 9 am and 10.30 am, a notification from the BWSSB said.

The BWSSB urged the public to discuss and address the grievances concerned with water billing, manhole overflowing, meter reading issues, improper water supply and sanitation during an interaction with the BWSSB chairman, N Jayaram.

People can contact the board through the phone number 080-22945119, the notification said.
