Murder most foul! Cattle trader lynched in R'nagara

A cattle trader was beaten to death while his two associates were assaulted allegedly by a group claiming to be cow vigilantes. According to sources, th group suspected the trader of cattle theft and allegedly demanded Rs 2 lakh compensation for ‘letting them off ’ in Ramanagara district, near Bengaluru. The deceased trader was identified as Idris Pasha.
He and his associates, Irfan and Syed Zaheer were transporting cattle via a container on Friday when they were intercepted by a cow vigilante group led by Puneet Kerehalli, sources told News Trail. Idris Pasha and his associates were transporting 16 cattle.
