Karnataka wins 2 golds at Aerobic Gymnastics National Championship

Bengaluru: The 16th Aerobic Gymnastics National Championship (all age groups) 2022-2023 was held at Gopalan Sports Center, Bengaluru from March 29th to 31st, 2023. Around 18 states took part in this national competition.

In the Under-11 category, Riyanshi Patnaik, Nishka Bedi, and Vigya Gupta won the gold medal for the state.  This would be the first gold medal in this category won by the state, it was played against Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Akriti Sarkar bagged the gold medal in the women’s individual age group between 12-14 years old. The event was organised by the Gymnast Association of Karnataka affiliated with the Gymnastic Federation of India.
