KSIC contributes Rs 2 cr to CM's relief fund

Bengaluru: The Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation (KSIC) has made a substantial contribution to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Recently, they donated an amount of Rs 2 crore to support the fund through a cheque which was handed over to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

The contribution was presented by K Venkatesh, who serves as the Minister for Sericulture and Animal Husbandry, as well as the Chairman of KSIC.

Dr Shamla Iqbal, Secretary of the Horticulture and Sericulture Department, and Zehera Naseem, the Managing Director of KSIC, were also part of the presentation ceremony.
