Good Samaritans give gifts to children suffering from cancer

Bengaluru: A Bengaluru-based organisation distributed hot boxes and thermo-steel bottles to 110 children suffering from cancer. The All India Tehreeke- Payam-e-Insaniyat (Welfare of Humanity Foundation) delivered the gifts to underage patients at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology Hospital on January 25. A delegation of 10 persons delivered the tiffin boxes and bottles. They were led by Maulana Shabbir Ahmed Nadvi, Hafiz Asim Abdullah, Qaiser, Dr Javeed Husain, Hafiz Asadullah Khan, Janab Saif Ali Khan, and others.

“Maulana Sagheer Ahmed Sharif Nadvi and Mufti Iftikhar Qasmi were with us in every consultation to successfully complete this noble cause of serving humanity,” an All India Tehreek-e-Payam-e- Insaniyat release said. “Janab Mujeebullah Zafari, Janab Hidayatullah khan and Janab Mukarram extended their full cooperation. Retired IAS (Indian Administrative Services) officer Janab Sanaullah spoke to the hospital authorities, facilitated service permissions, and guided other tasks,” it added.
