
Gang killed Ali a year after striking compromise

Bengaluru: In a significant development regarding the murder case of Congress leader Hyder Ali, it has been revealed that the suspects had contacted Hyder Ali to negotiate a compromise, thereby gaining his trust prior to the attack. The accused, Abbas, Naz, and the victim Hyder Ali, had made a promise on a religious text to maintain peace and avoid hostility.
Following this agreement, Ali extended a meal invitation to Abbas. A compromise was reached among the three during the previous month of Ramzan. Nevertheless, the perpetrators proceeded with their plan to assassinate Ali. During the interrogation of the suspects, numerous critical details have emerged. The police have reported discovering evidence indicating that four of the suspects, who had been externed from Shivamogga, were summoned and contracted to carry out the murder. Out of the seven arrested, four, including Mateen and Saddam, hail from Shivamogga.
They have pending cases in various police stations there. They were externed from Shivamogga due to their involvement in criminal activities. Previously, the suspects had assaulted a close associate of Haider Ali, prompting Haider to issue a warning. This incident led to the development of animosity between the accused and Hyder.
It has been reported that the primary suspect, Naz Pasha, who was aware of this conflict, utilized the other suspects to carry out the assassination. Naz and Hyder Ali have been rivals for many years. The police have uncovered evidence suggesting that Hyder had intended to eliminate Naz; however, it was Naz's associates who ultimately carried out the murder of Hyder instead.
